Three days on the rivers, departing from Manaus
Aboard the Amazon Clipper, this three-day cruise takes you deep into the Amazon rainforest: sailing the rivers, canoe outings, wildlife watching and encounters with local people.
Pink river dolphins, flooded forest, piranha fishing and the famous Meeting of the Waters, where the Rio Negro and the Solimões flow side by side without mixing: an ideal way to add a few days in the Amazon to a tailor-made trip to Brazil.

Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 — First steps in the Amazon
Manaus, Amazon River
Meet at 2:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Tropical Executive Hotel, then board the boat. A welcome drink during the briefing on the itinerary and the boat, followed by an introduction to Amazon ecology as you sail.
After dinner, a first outing along the riverbanks by spotlight: with a little luck, caimans, night birds, sloths and frogs.
Included: night aboard in a double cabin, snack and dinner, activities in the program.
Day 2 — Deep in the forest
Lake Janauacá
Wake up on Lake Janauacá and set out on an early-morning canoe outing to watch birds and, perhaps, pink river dolphins.
A forest walk and a visit with local residents, whose lives revolve around cassava, fishing and the resources of the forest. In the late afternoon, piranha fishing; after dinner, another canoe outing under the starry sky.
Included: full board aboard, canoe outings and guided walks.
Day 3 — The Meeting of the Waters
Janauari Ecological Park, Manaus
A final early-morning outing to watch birds and the giant Victoria amazonica water lilies, then explore the flooded forest by canoe or on walkways, depending on the water level.
During breakfast, the boat reaches the Meeting of the Waters, then heads back up to Manaus with views of the port, the floating docks and the dome of the Teatro Amazonas. Arrival is scheduled for around 11:30 a.m.
Included: breakfast, morning excursions.
